The Global Entry ID card is issued to members of the Global Entry program,

which provides expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States.

The card features radio frequency identification (RFID) chips for use at Secure Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) and NEXUS lanes at U.S. land borders.

It is not valid for entry at Global Entry kiosks but can serve as a valid form of identification Members must activate their card through their Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) account
